At Feral K., every hat is made to order or custom — just for you. That means we have to be a little picky about returns (no hard feelings).
Custom Orders
Because our hats are made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom designs, including buyer’s remorse, wrong color choices, or last-minute second thoughts.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your hat arrives damaged or there’s an issue on our end, we’ve got you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
Once reviewed, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item — first of all, rude (on us).
Reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
